Academic Background
I am currently a junior at USC majoring in Cognitive Science, minoring in Designing for Digital Experiences and specializing in Computer Programming. My academic background helps me apply my understanding of the mind and technology to human-centered design work!
Growing up a STEM kid, I found UX to be the perfect intersection between research and design. I found a scientific spark in conducting user interviews, as I got to taking my findings and translate them into actionable items with my team of designers and programmers. This was what made me consider doing more work in UX Research, as I learned how this line of work helps keep human-centered design human-centered.
