A Mini Resume
Learn more about my background and how I got into social impact design work.
Academic Background
I am currently a junior at USC majoring in Cognitive Science, minoring in Designing for Digital Experiences and specializing in Computer Programming. My academic background helps me apply my understanding of the mind and technology to human-centered design work!
Growing up a STEM kid, I found UX to be the perfect intersection between research and design. I found a scientific spark in conducting user interviews, as I got to take my findings and translate them into actionable items with a team of designers and programmers. This was what made me consider doing more work in UX Research, as I learned how this line of work helps keep human-centered design human-centered.
Experience
Create Now: conducting user interviews, wireframing and prototyping
STEM Kids NYC: designing and developing an app
Design coursework: using Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and motion graphics

Future Goals
In pursuit of a career in UX Research, I'm looking to gain more experience in UX overall, whether it be in design, research, or writing.
